Maxi Woodblock - Featherflower

The wildflower season in W.A is not just about everlastings... the shrubs & bushes are full of exquisite treasures crafted by Mother Nature!

Native to Western Australia & the NT, this delicate cluster of tiny flowers bursts from its shrub branches in late Spring to early Summer and can be found all around our Mid West region. Featherflower is the common name for the Verticordia shrub and there are over 100 species, some quite rare, but all closely related to our fave, the Geraldton Wax. This gorgeous specimen was sketched from the South Eneabba Nature Reserve.

The Maxi Woodblock is a combination of hand drawn & printed illustrations mixed with a dash of beautiful fabrics, mixed media, wood & resin. You can hang your Lost & Found Art Co woodblock on the wall or stand it in amongst your treasures or indoor plants for a pop of unexpected colour.

Sized @ 29x20x3cm & suitable for indoor use only. Created with UV & HAL stabilised resin for efficient long term ageing & yellowing protection. Do not immerse in water and dust & buff with a slightly damp cloth.
